Ex-pop promoter shares his faith at Norwich dinner

KeithMallett245Keith Mallett, children’s author and onetime promoter of big names in the world of pop music, was guest speaker at an inspirational dinner evening at the Best Western Brook Hotel, Bowthorpe, on Friday, October 16.

A humorous speaker, Keith comes from a creative family involved with the TV and music industries – his dad was a theatre designer. Keith is also a children’s author and an acclaimed developer of sports-based board games, endorsed by football manager Bryan Robson.

Keith is also a committed Christian who was restored to faith in his mid-40s after his stressful life hit a low ebb through stress and ill health. “As a young man I had abandoned my early commitment to Christ, after leaving university,” he says. “I realise today that God never failed me once – and he has brought me through major issues, including heart surgery.”

In his diverse career, Keith has also taught economics, commerce and business studies. Keith is also one of the leaders of the Full Gospel Businessmen's Fellowship in Birmingham.

He is married to Dorothy and they have two sons.
